
Bruno Dieudonné
Biography
His work is known as a sensitive photograph willing to suggest and make visible an emotion with the uncertainties of people and his environment. He release out of his photos an impression of contemplation, strangeness, so that the meanings of his photos is freely depending on how people interprete it.
He obtained in 2003 a highly distinct grade for his work Silence from the jury of Prix Kodak.
Member of Paris/Berlinfotogroup collective from 2002 to 2009, he became photographer of Oeil Ouvert Gallery in Paris in 2006.
Bruno Dieudonné made numerous reportages such as Insomnie or Idole as well as some exhibitions. Gradually, he has been working as a photographer for the movie Un pied dans la tombe, then for Paris-Marseille en photos project.
He realized some exhibitions such as Paris-Berlin, regards croisés. He participated to the Month of Photography in Berlin in November 2004 and to the Rencontres Photographiques du Xème at the library Artazaar.
He realized a series about the subway, Absence(s). This This work was exhibited in 2007 at Podewils'sches Palace in Berlin during the night of museums and in May 2008, at the Contemporary Art Center of Yekaterinburg in Russia.
